• Manufacture defects should be reported by the customer to Designs by Shelagh within 7 days after receiving the order.
• Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 7 days for pieces with damage other than manufacture defects.
• Manufacture defects refer to any damage in the piece related to the process of production, misuse of the pieces is not covered by this policy.
• The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipment for any returned merchandise.
• There are no refunds or exchanges on special orders, which include lengthened pieces and requested design changes.
• In the unlikely event that a piece needs repair, there will be a $20- $50 per piece repair charge.
• As our merchandise changes often, some beads or stones may not be available for repair, in which case we will make every attempt to find something similar.
